About me...

I am 47 years old and live near Skipton on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I have a degree in English and after a successful career in Public Relations in the 1980's I 'redesigned' myself.

First I spent several years working with young children and then trained as a hypno-psychotherapist.

In addition to my formal training I bring a caring, intuitive approach to the therapy room. Everything is fine by me. I offer a non-judgemental positive regard for all my clients.

We're all telling our stories in our different ways - I aim to help you get your storyline happy, healthy and fruitful. I am a member of the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists

The organisation is a member of The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I abide by its code of ethics.
